Defence, United Kingdom
2021
UK software test leadership, L3Harris, Project GUARDIAN
GUARDIAN is the safety-critical air command and control system behind the UK's early detection and rapid response to hostile aircraft. The job was to prove its Voice Control System worked. Represented L3Harris on site at RAF Boulmer, with development, test and programme management based in Melbourne, and took the system from equipment rollout through commissioning acceptance and end-to-end testing to final site acceptance, running one of its two test streams, every phase formally witnessed and signed off by the MOD, SACC DT and QinetiQ. Briefed and demonstrated to senior RAF personnel, and handed the system to its operational staff. GUARDIAN entered operational service after that sign-off.
Defence, Royal Navy

Software test leadership, Fujitsu
OPNET modernised the mission systems that Royal Navy vessels take into deployed operations. Led software testing for the programme, and the systems have since been fielded.

Software test and automation, Airbus Defence and Space
Bespoke software controls the payloads and communications channels of an NEC satellite. Led the software testing of that system, moving through senior engineering, automation and test management roles on the programmes.
